Zumba is Latin-inspired dance fitness that will help you lose weight, lower cholesterol, and tone your body. This high-energy dance fitness program incorporates a total body workout with direct variations.

Zumba, Zumba Toning, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Kids, and STRONG. Strong was created by Zumba but is not Dance Fitness.

Aqua Zumba develops the individual's physical fitness level by using water as a resistance factor and performing low-impact activities. Aqua Zumba blends a water-based workout with cardio-conditioning body toning and functional movements with a challenging workout choreographed to Latin music. Worldwide dance styles such as merengue, salsa, reggaetón, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso are incorporated into the water fitness class. Aqua Zumba improves the cardiorespiratory system, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility components of physical fitness as well as agility, balance, and coordination. This class is ideal for students needing physical activities without overly stressing body joints. The course is offered every fall, spring, and summer and may be offered during additional sessions.
Aqua Zumba is a high-energy aquatic workout that fuses South American Zumba rhythm and dance steps with a pool party. It gives participants all the benefits of a challenging, fun, body-toning workout -- in the water. If you ask these vacationers at the Riviera Maya Resort in Mexico if they enjoyed their daily pool workouts, you will hear a resounding Woot Woot!
Chantal conducts a bi-weekly Aqua Zumba fitness and workout program. It's hot, but the students enjoy the break from the summer heat by spreading their wings and toning their bodies.

Personal Training is one-on-one instruction that incorporates a wealth of benefits including fitness assessment, goal setting, health education, motivation, and guidance.
I use a multidisciplinary approach to designing exercise programs and welcome individuals of all fitness levels, regardless of ability and experience. Various packages are available and your program will consist of challenging workouts that fit your needs and busy schedule. And, you have the option of training individually or with a partner. I will motivate and educate you on the most effective ways to train to reach your goals.
All clients receive an initial assessment, detailed session workouts, and post-testing assessment with 6 or 12 session purchases.
