To align our salon as a place of rejuvenation and relaxation for our guests and staff, here are a few helpful points of etiquette, which will further enhance your experience with us. 

Upon your arrival, it is kindly requested you turn your mobile phone to silent or off. 

• For your consideration and that of other guests, we are unable to accommodate children, unless they have an appointment.
• Please arrive on time, to complete our guest information form (if your new to our salon) and to relax and unwind. As a courtesy to all our guests, please understand that arriving late will unfortunately encroach on the time we have to spend with you.
• We provide an SMS text message appointment confirmation service to all our guests. It is computer generated and is important that you reply to it, as this automatically confirms your appointment time. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments.
• We kindly request a minimum of one working day, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. “No Show” appointments may be charged the full price of the service booked.
